Hostess Lisa Winton and Swami Jayananda will talk about Herb Fitch’s interpretation of Revelation of St. John chapter 9 in the Bible. Notes:

1. In this show we will explain a bit further the statement the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Good human intentions interfere with the Divine Creation and exchange finite good for the Perfection of being. We have a couple of soundbites from Herb Fitch to start off from RSJ 13B 1 and I can play it. Revelation 9:3 “And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.”
2. The works of man create an interference pattern in individual consciousness which blocks or short circuits the Divine Will to perception independent of intention. Everything and anything man is seeking and trying to do to improve on a mental/material level denies perception to the operation of the Divine Principle. To understand this better I looked up short circuit on Google and found, “A short circuit occurs when the current finds a way to bypass the appliance on a path that has little or no resistance—for example, where frayed insulation bares a wire and allows it to touch the frame of the appliance, so the current can flow straight to the ground.” In a similar way trying, striving, seeking, asking pulls awareness away from the Divine Idea which is functioning perfectly and continuously. Pulling attention to the mental/material energy field thus preventing acknowledgement of the Divine Truth which is Perfect always. We can call these the lost years of the locust; the time spent in mortal conjecture out of Divine Truth.

4. Herb Fitch RSJ 13B “Those who are not seeking to live totally in the Will of the Father. Those who are still lingering in the consciousness that matter is real, unaware that matter is mortal mind appearing as material forms. The unillumined must still receive the sting of their own works.”
5. John 5:30 “I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.” Herb is telling us what Jesus is really saying here is when we are not in the Will of the Father we are under the spell of the world mind. Unless we have broken the hypnosis and completed the connection to Spirit we are limited in ability with a belief in matter, concept, form, mortal thinking, change, personal will, and personal sense. We are in a thought loop the cycle of death and rebirth which is a false sense of life. There isn’t anything we can do under the illusion of mortal mind to compare to the permanent success of Spiritual realization. The revelation Life is Perfect unchanging and Eternal.
