1. Total Consciousness is the goal of Kriya Yoga; we must understand that human consciousness which works on duality, belief in two powers does not comprehend the Truth or Total picture.
2. In order to actualize Total Consciousness we must transcend the limits of corporeal sense and accept Divine Consciousness as our consciousness. To transcend we rise above the five material senses and the changing conditions of personal mentality then abide in the invisible intangible Divine Omnipresence.
3. Mary Baker Eddy S&H 264:15 “When we realize that Life is Spirit, never in nor of matter, this understanding will expand into self-completeness, finding all in God, good, and needing no other consciousness.”

6. Spirit is the dissolving force of the universe and it translates everything back into itself. There is only One Life in the entire universe and this awareness is Spiritual Identity; understand yourself to be the One Divine Life is Truth.
