1. For me Deity or God is Principle. Life without Principle is a ship without a rutter. There are so many shames and delusions disguised as sound truths, ready to fool you into belief– making it difficult to choose what to follow. Where do we begin? For me, it is education – learn how to learn then what to learn. Start with educating yourself on subjects like, Religion, God, Life, and Truth. Today, there is so much information to the extent– it can take an entire lifetime to research any one subject; making things just as challenging as when there was little information available. What I do, is get the general idea behind the subjects and begin testing theories, concepts, and beliefs but remember I am driven by a passion to Know the Truth. These podcasts are for anyone looking to benefit from my experience.
2. To escalate your development lets outline the four subjects mentioned. Religion means to relink, for example, Jesus came to teach the Divinity of humanity, Yoga means union– and more specifically, union of the individual with the Divine. Next subject, God, In this model, God is what we are relinking to and it is essential to know exactly what we are joining with because Life is what we are looking for without what is called sin in the bible and avidya in Yoga. Truth is what this looks like when it is experienced according to Scripture. God is Absolute Goodness, everywhere always; making Its opposite evil or badness. Life is Eternal Light or Total Consciousness of Absolute Goodness; making death or darkness its opposite. Truth is the realization of this Divine Life; making ignorance or error its opposite. Religion is the methodology required to initiate the developmental process; making sin or mistake its opposite.
3. “Ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God” Colossians 3:3. it doesn’t get any more direct that this. Something like, John 3:5 “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.”
4. 2 Cor 4:16 “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.”
5. Back to the vine and the branch in the summary: John 15:1-5 “I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.”
