Hostess Lisa Winton and Swami Jayananda will be talking about the event on December 7, 1941 and recap what happened. They will discuss the benefits of using past events like Pearl Harbor to help recreate future circumstances for ourselves.   2. I keep my eyes open and do my best to guard against the surprises that life can deliver.
  3. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This is great but when we are the recipient of a cheap shot– we will need some cure.
  4. How to use your Kriya Yoga to help muster up plenty of cure if the prevention didn’t work.
  5. For example: when someone gets a symptom in their physical body– it can feel like a sly rap; and we are not prepared to defend ourselves.
  6. Organizing your line of defense with prevention and cures is a great way to deepen your Yoga practice.
  7. Offense is your best defense; stay engaged in your life at all times.
  8. Trust in relationship is the glue that holds things together.
