1. Purify to reflect the image of the Divine Idea. Purify physically, mentally, and conceptually to remove the veil of false sense to reveal the Truth.
2. How do I know Divine Mind is conscious of Itself as me? Principle and idea understood as One God and it’s idea. Purify means see God and only God, think God and only God. Control your thoughts by loving God and only God, to desire God and know what this really means. James 4:4 “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.”
3. From the website: Niyamas are the observances defined as purification, contentment, austerity, sacred study, and attunement to the Absolute. Greater Human potential isn’t magic; it is physics. Like attracts like, and two things can’t occupy the same space at the same time. When we incarnate, we draw from matter and mind, which is fear and limitation. We must purify ourselves from the unnecessary dependencies and then replace them with Spirit, which is truth and wholeness. If we draw from fear and limitation, we become fear and limitation. If we draw from truth and wholeness, we become Spirit!
4. Kriya Yoga is practices to initiate a process which is an unfolding or revealing or expansion of awareness beyond the limits of matter and mind or particles and waves into the Allness of Spirit. The One Perfect Divine Life. In this practice, there seem to be many contradictions because of the process a particular strategy has different meanings on different levels of consciousness and degrees of awareness. Say for example pranayama is a breathing exercise on a physical level, it is a practice of austerity on a mental level which then transform into a meditative state which is beyond physical/mental “need” and becomes a realization of the Perfection of being.
