Goodness is a radio talk show with the title Human Goodness for Spiritual Identity.

Hostess Lisa Winton and Swami Jayananda will  talk about the role of human goodness in the process of revealing Spiritual Identity. In this show they will discuss the importance of transcending human goodness and accepting only Spiritual Identity because there is no power in human goodness. Notes:

1. The single most important point in this show is that human goodness does not equal Spiritual Identity. We need the conduct to make the connection but the conduct does not equal the connection.
2. The Bible says, “ask in my name” and when this is understood to mean likeness we have a game plan. We must assume Spiritual identity in order to communicate with Divine Life. Cultivate Spiritual sense means learning how to communicate without words or thoughts but Ideas.
3. Goodness may be utilized in the process of making thought buoyant to rise up and meet Divine Ideas. In order to communicate with Spirit we must find that place where our thought is the same as the Divine Idea which is beyond words and thoughts.
4. If you understand how a siphon works it is helpful to understand how keeping human thought in constant relation with the Divine works. Goodness is the siphon to maintain that relationship. We don’t want to stop at the siphon we want to draw from the Spirit of Truth.
5. When Spirit is cause creation is Perfect; this is the Principle of Divine Science. What we draw from; what we identify with determines “who we are.” Goodness is a Divine quality but it can only function in Spirit and good matter will never become Spirit.
6. Like attracts like; identify with matter and we get fear and limitation, identify with mortal mind and we get more of the same but identify with Spirit and we get Truth and Wholeness.
7. Beyond material sense level living, beyond the law of opposites and belief in two powers is the realm of Oneness, Unity, Wholeness, and Truth which is absolute Goodness. We must become Spirit to activate Divine law in our experience.
8. “To live so as to keep human consciousness in constant relation with the divine, the spiritual, and the eternal, is to individualize infinite power; and this is Christian Science.”(My. 160:5) Mary Baker Eddy. Kriya Yoga Sutras, “constant practice of detachment and continuous restrain of the thought variations.” These are instructions in how to exercise dominion by atonement to Divine Presence.
