Hostess Lisa Winton and Swami Jayananda will talk about Apotheosis and how this missing process would change world mental health. Listen as they explain the difference between survival based motivation and growth based motivation. Learn how the practices employed in Kriya Yoga can strengthen your psychological organs and improve your mental states.
Discipline isn’t repression; it is exercise for your “will.” Welcome to the Voice of Yoga; we are talking consciousness! Join the Kriya Yoga Spiritual Advance get the Light in your soul and experience the Power of Prana.

1. Because we are removed from the “process” in development; good mental health isn’t the norm.
2. The average person is surviving and not growing. This means they are dealing with the kickback from the potential to grow.
3. Without good leadership; we are left to our own devices.
4. The new standard is too low and our lifestyle doesn’t enable us to grow. No apotheosis.
5. Lifestyle doesn’t develop the psychological organs; mentally weak, without discipline.
6. Foods and beverages that produce cravings; undermine will power.
7. Individuals lose control of behavior and appearance.
8. Reinstate points of passage and rites of passage.
9. What is good mental health?

For some unknown reason this show was cut off short. We lost connection in the middle of the show and were unable to get reconnected to continue. After careful considerations we decided to rerun the same subject for next week. We think the subject of world mental health is very appropriate for the programs that we teach and lifestyle we promote. If you agree, join us next week as we explain our position on the subject.
